Rodney Hyatt

Rodney Hyatt serves as the Division General Counsel for Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence at Hexagon AB since January 2017, overseeing global legal and contracts affairs as well as data privacy responsibilities. Previously, Hyatt held the position of Sr. Director of Legal Affairs & Contracts at ADTRAN, Inc., managing domestic and international legal departments from August 2010 to January 2017. Earlier experience includes program management at FPMI Solutions, roles in the TSA Program at CPS Human Resource Services, and operational leadership for the TSA Recruitment Center. Hyatt also served as Vice President - Legal and Assistant General Counsel at ITC^DeltaCom, overseeing comprehensive legal matters for the company. The legal career began at Engel Hairston & Johanson PC as an attorney focused on corporate law and related fields. Education includes a Juris Doctorate from Samford University, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Huntingdon College, and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Snead State Junior College.
