Before that, Charlie served as a Sr. Channel Manager and District Manager at Newell Rubbermaid and as a National Account Manager at Stanley Tools. Charlie began their career as a Field Sales Associate at Armstrong World Industries.

Charlie Cassell's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at Purdue University. Charlie pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and completed their studies in 1991. Following this, Charlie advanced their education by attending the University of Illinois Chicago from 1998 to 2002. During their time there, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management.
