Michael Charland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Ledgemont Country Club from 2005 to 2008. Michael then served as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they worked as an Estimator/Sales and Project Coordinator at Paramount Restaurant Supply from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Pharmacy Expeditor at CVS Caremark Corporation before transitioning to various sales roles at Grainger from 2013 to 2017, including Territory Sales Representative, Commercial Account Manager, and Manufacturing Account Manager. Currently, Michael is the Sales Director at HexArmor, where they started as a Regional Sales Manager in 2017. At HexArmor, they worked closely with end-users to provide tailored personal protective equipment recommendations utilizing innovative manufacturing processes.
