S. Emmet Smith is a seasoned product manager and technical product specialist currently employed at HexArmor since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing technical training and collaborating with manufacturing and engineering partners to enhance head protection products. Previously, S. Emmet Smith held various roles at REI from April 2019 to July 2022, managing retail department operations and overseeing merchandising and staff development. Additionally, S. Emmet Smith served as an outdoor instructor at Indiana Wesleyan University from May 2016 to December 2018 and led a team in managing gear rental and climbing wall programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a dock representative at Alaska Coach Tours, impacting customer interactions positively. S. Emmet Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2018.
