Eli Shemer

Eli Shemer is a Senior Software Engineer at Toga Networks, a Huawei Company, since January 2020, with prior experience as a Senior C++ Software Engineer in the Protocols team at HexaTier since October 2009. Eli began a career in technology as a Linux and Windows System/Network Administrator at Consist from July 2008 to October 2009, following a role as a Web Developer and DBA at Alpion from July 2007 to July 2008, and extensive backend web programming at Diesenhaus from January 2002 to 2004. Earlier experience includes Linux System Administration at vPrise from January 2000 to July 2001. Eli holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from The Open University of Israel and an MCSA from John Bryce, along with a Computers Major from Ort Shapira.
