Andy Ainsley

Andy Ainsley currently serves as the New Business Development professional at Hexatronic, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a business strategy in Europe and the near Middle East aimed at fostering long-term relationships and identifying new market channels. Previously, as Sales Director at Neos Networks, Andy achieved significant growth of 178% in the Energy & Utilities sector and developed a process-oriented approach to pipeline growth. While at AFL, Andy led sales and customer service teams across EMEA, driving organizational change and establishing a culture of customer focus and delivery excellence. Andy also has notable experience in law enforcement as a Detective Chief Inspector, leading intelligence activities in the South East Organised Crime Unit, and has held various sales roles in the telecommunications sector, including positions at Ericsson and AFL Telecommunications Europe Ltd. Andy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
