Rod McCoy

Rod McCoy is an accomplished Development Director currently overseeing New Business and Major Projects at ISPT since March 2024. Previously, Rod held the position of Executive Development Director for Central Barangaroo at Aqualand Australia from November 2019 to November 2023, where a sustainable waterfront precinct was central to the vision. Prior to Aqualand, Rod served as Development Director at Grocon, contributing to the same Central Barangaroo project. Rod's extensive career at Lendlease spanned from 2003 to 2016, including roles as Executive Project Manager across several significant developments like Barangaroo South and the Crown Sydney Hotel. With foundational experiences in quantity surveying and contract administration dating back to the early 1990s, Rod has built a robust career in the construction and development sector, underpinned by a Bachelor in Building from the University of Technology Sydney.
