Mark Richmond has a diverse work experience spanning over 40 years. Mark started their career in 1980 in the US Navy as a Data Systems Technician, where they were responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of torpedo firing control computer systems. After leaving the Navy in 1986, Mark worked at Sprint, where they held various roles, including Senior Engineer, Human Resources Project Manager, and Equipment Engineer, focusing on fiber optic transmission systems and network electronics. In 1998, they joined Marconi PLC as an Account Executive, selling voice and data communications equipment. In 2002, Mark joined Outsource as a National Account Manager, responsible for sales and management of technical support services for communication service providers. In 2007, they joined Adtran as an Account Manager, handling sales and support activity for an 11-state region. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at National Network Services as a Manager, overseeing the growth and management of the Engineering and Installation Teams. Currently, Mark serves as a Sales Director at Hexatronic, managing strategic accounts. Mark previously held the position of Senior Manager, leading a team of Strategic Account Managers, and served as a Strategic Account Manager. Overall, Mark has extensive experience in sales, account management, project management, and engineering within the telecommunications industry.

Mark Richmond completed their Associates of Arts degree in Electronics at Valencia College from 1986 to 1987. Mark then pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the University of Central Florida from 1987 to 1989.
