Claude Despierres has worked at Hexcel Corporation since 2006. Claude initially served as the Marketing Manager for Industrial Markets and Business Development Manager from January 2006 to June 2009. Since January 2019, Claude has held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing Energies at Hexcel Corporation.

Claude Despierres completed an Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy programme at INSEAD in 2011. Claude obtained an MBA in international trade from emlyon business school from 1989 to 1990. Claude also earned a degree in engineering from Mines Douai, specializing in thermoplastics and composite materials, which they completed from 1985 to 1989.
