Finn Radford

Finn Radford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international growth and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of International Growth at HexClad Cookware since February 2024, Finn previously founded ITBN, a media network focused on consumer and retail, where notable shows included EcomGold, 9Operators, MOperators, and FOperators. Finn co-founded VIXXR, contributing to its development from March 2017 to September 2023, and served as Vice President at Lexel from November 2015 to 2017. Earlier experience includes marketing roles at FieldAware as part of the start-up team from June 2014 to October 2015.
