M. Rezky Iqbal P. SE, MM, CRMP has a diverse work experience. M. Rezky Iqbal. started their career in 2010 at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk. (Subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd), where they held various roles. As the Head of Internal Control, they ensured the company had adequate controls to prevent errors in financial reporting and business operations. In their role as the Internal Audit & Internal Control Section Head, they successfully implemented a risk-based internal audit system and supported the mapping of key risks and controls for the business process. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Accounting Staff, handling various responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and cost control.

In addition to their experience at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk., M. Rezky Iqbal also worked at BINUS University as a Global Learning system (GLS) Partner, starting in 2022. M. Rezky Iqbal. has also served as a Lecturer at Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI since 2017 and has published a journal on risk management using ISO 31000.
