Randy Waddell

Randy Waddell has a diverse work experience in marketing and business leadership roles. Randy began their career at Ashland in 1998 as a Senior Product Manager, where they developed and implemented business plans for pressure sensitive adhesives. Randy then took on the role of Business Development Manager, leading strategic plan development and executing technology agreements. Waddell later became a Global Market Manager at Ashland, overseeing packaging and converting, building and construction, and other business portfolios. In 2008, they joined Chemical Abstracts Service as the Director of Marketing, where they directed global product life-cycle management and marketing for digital research information tools. Finally, Waddell joined Hexion Inc. in 2012 as the Global Marketing Director and later became the Global Director of Formaldehyde Business Growth.

Randy Waddell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from West Virginia University in 1989. Randy also has an additional certification as a Kellogg Executive Scholar in General Management from Kellogg Executive Education.
