Stephane Lacasse

Stephane Lacasse has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephane started their career as a Network Administrator at PIREL Inc., where they were responsible for defining equipment and configuration standards, performing network device upgrades, and installing and configuring various servers. Stephane then moved on to Borden Chemical, Inc. as a Regional IT Manager, overseeing IT operations in the region. Next, they joined Momentive Specialty Chemicals, Inc. as an IT Process System Manager, leading the implementation and management of IT processes. At Hexion Inc., Stephane held multiple roles, including Senior Manager of IT Manufacturing Systems, where they played a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing operations through IT solutions. Stephane later became a Sr. Digital Product Owner, focusing on facilitating digital transformation in Manufacturing and Research & Development. Currently, Stephane serves as the Director of IT Infrastructure at Hexion Inc., where they are responsible for efficient IT infrastructure management and service delivery.

Stephane Lacasse has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Stephane also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Development of Organizations from Université Laval, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Furthermore, they completed a course on Internet of Things: Business Implications and Opportunities from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018. Additionally, Stephane Lacasse has obtained several certifications, including Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from the Business Relationship Management Institute, Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C from the Canadian Red Cross in 2019, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Hexion Inc. in 2008.
