David Linares

David Linares serves as the Managing Director at HEXPOL Compounding since May 2022, overseeing two Southern California rubber production facilities focused on automotive, industrial, and commercial applications. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Trelleborg Seals & Profiles, where a business unit EBIT turnaround was achieved across three entities, and at El Grupo MANN+HUMMEL, leading cost of goods sold improvements and expanding the team significantly. At Eaton, as VSM Manager, strategic resource planning and operational enhancements were implemented, while at ZF Group, David managed multiple business areas and led significant projects to improve technical documentation and operational efficiency. Early career positions included roles at Continental, where new line processes were established and certified under industry standards. David holds a degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a managerial skills diploma from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
