Jason Yauger

Jason Yauger is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a diverse background in the manufacturing sector. Since August 2010, Jason has held various roles at HEXPOL Compounding, including Operations Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Improvement Coordinator, Process Chemist, Shipping Receiving Clerk, and Mill Operator. Prior to this, Jason worked at Tarkett from July 2005 to February 2010 as a team member focused on compression molding and inspection of tiles and stair treads. Additionally, Jason served as a Process Technician at NEFF-PERKINS COMPANY from July 1999 to July 2005, where responsibilities included installing and setting up injection and compression molds. Jason holds a degree from Kent State University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
