Sanaya Dukandar

Sanaya Dukandar is an experienced Project Manager and BI Analyst/Project Coordinator at HEXstream since June 2020. Previously, Sanaya contributed as a Student Researcher at Elmhurst College, completing a research project on media stimulation and racial bias, and at the UIUC Child Development Laboratory, focusing on cognitive skills in preschool children. Sanaya also served on the Recruitment Committee for Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity, promoting membership diversity through cultural events and standardizing recruitment criteria. In addition, Sanaya worked as a Private Tutor, developing customized ACT study plans and analyzing student progress. Sanaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
