Demetrio Strimpopulos serves as the Chief Design Officer at Hey Banco since January 2018, contributing to the digital banking sector created by Banregio, which offers a comprehensive banking model for individuals and businesses. Additionally, Strimpopulos has held various significant roles within BanRegio, including Director of BanregioLABS, leading innovation in financial technology and developing disruptive banking solutions. With over 28 years of experience in banking, Strimpopulos has been pivotal in adopting new technologies and developing internet banking channels since 1997. Previous experience includes working as a Systems Specialist at Multibanco Mercantil PROBURSA. Strimpopulos holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Development from Universidad Iberoamericana Monterrey and an MBA from IPADE Business School.
