Previously held the position of Subdirector de Agilidad, ensuring alignment and productivity across business segments. As a co-founder of Turbo Products Mx Automotriz and reinventa.me, Erik has demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities. Erik's prior role at Banregio as Subdirector de Desarrollo de Aplicaciones involved managing a large team to enhance system stability and implement agile transformations.
