Erika Judith Orzua Gutierrez

Erika Judith Orzua Gutierrez has extensive experience in the field of technology and product management. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Hey Banco since March 2020, Erika has a background that includes roles as a Business Analyst at BSD Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing business needs for Banco Ahorro Famsa and improving processes at Telum. Prior to this, Erika worked as a Senior Software Test Analyst at Banco Ahorro Famsa, focusing on quality assurance methodologies and project testing. Earlier experience includes over three years as an Automation Testing Engineer at Axtel, where enhancements to software testing processes were achieved using Quick Test Professional.
