Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in the healthcare and blood donation sectors. Currently serving as the Training Lead at HEYDUDE since June 2022, Wendy focuses on developing trainers and overseeing new hire orientations for a warehouse environment. Prior to this role, Wendy worked as a Training Development Supervisor at BioLife Plasma Services, where responsibilities included center-wide learning and compliance training. Experience also includes managing mobile blood drive operations at Vitalant, both as an Assist Donor Care Supervisor and in a previous role as Assistant Donor Care Supervisor, as well as data management in sample handling at Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services. Educational credentials include training from Dale Carnegie and multiple certifications from the College of Southern Nevada and Studio Seven Fashion Career College.
