Jacqueline Haven

Jacqueline Haven, PHR, PMP, M.Ed, currently serves as Training Program Lead at the Defense Health Agency since September 2024. Previously, Jacqueline worked as an Instructional Systems Designer and Technical Subject Matter Expert at A1FED and as a Senior Instructional Systems Design Specialist at CATHEXIS, where responsibilities included leading the design of virtual courses for the Department of Veteran Affairs that reached over 250,000 service members annually. Other notable positions include Curriculum Developer at Blue Shield of California, Virtual DOL TAP Career Transition Employment Facilitator at Serco, and various educational roles in high schools. Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from National University and has completed various specialized certifications, including a Master Track Certificate in Instructional Design.
