Randyll Caniaberal

Randyll Caniaberal has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Randyll began their career as an Internal Audit Staff at Meranian's Credit Corporation in 2005, where they performed various audit procedures and updated the audit team manager on progress. Randyll then joined Xerox in 2008 as a Senior Accountant, where they assisted in operations, conducted quality audits, and prepared reports for production and corporate meetings.

In 2010, Randyll joined Ubix Corporation as an Accounting Supervisor, responsible for setting department objectives, handling escalations, and reviewing/approving cash disbursements. Randyll later moved to MontPac as an Accounting Team Lead, managing associates, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, and preparing metric packages for clients.

In 2012, Randyll joined Deutsche Bank, where they held two roles. Firstly, as a Financial Controller (HK), they managed a Legal Entity Controller team, ensured accuracy of financial statements, upkept compliance standards, and facilitated strategic planning. Secondly, as the Shared Service Country Finance (AU & NZ) and Shared Service Securities Cluster (APAC) Head, they executed control frameworks, monitored SLAs, and built team resiliency.

From 2016 to 2017, Randyll worked at Transcom as a Regional Business Controller, collaborating with various functions outside of finance, creating strong networks, and contributing a commercial perspective to decision-making.

In 2017, Randyll became the Chief Financial Officer at SCI Ventures Inc., playing a crucial role in financial decision-making, overseeing accounting operations, and leading investor relations efforts.

Most recently, Randyll joined GoodSpring in 2019 as the VP of Finance and Operations, where they continue to contribute their expertise in financial management and business operations.
