Aleksei Novoselov has several years of experience as a founder and CEO. In 2009, they founded Tecore Networks and served as the CEO until March 2015. In 2019, they founded Orase, and in 2021, they founded Heyday and currently holds the position of CEO.
Aleksei Novoselov completed their Associate's degree in Computers and Networks from St. Petersburg Technical College of Management and Commerce between 2001 and 2005. Aleksei then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics from 2008 to 2012. Recently, from 2017 to 2023, Aleksei earned their Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Westcliff University. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including Students and Instructors, Research Study Design (RSD), Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research, and Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers from the CITI Program in February 2023.
