Eléonore Siegel has a diverse work experience in various industries. Eléonore started their career as a Housekeeping Intern at Hotel Normandy Barriere in 2011. Eléonore then co-founded a pop-up restaurant called EGAST Showroom in 2011. In 2012, they interned at the Presidential Household Department at the Présidence de la République. From 2014 to 2014, they worked as a Project Manager Intern at J.M. WESTON.

In 2016, Eléonore joined Luxury Hotels Group as a Sales Executive, where they specialized in bespoke Sales Representation, Distribution, Marketing Services, Revenue Management, PR, Internet Marketing, and Innovative Solutions for upscale independent hotels and groups. Eléonore also worked as a Junior Asset Manager at Ledunfly Hospitality Division, focusing on the development and management of a hospitality portfolio in Europe and North America.

Eléonore then joined St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel as a Cost Controller in 2017, before moving on to become a Customer Success Manager at Hostmaker in 2018. At Hostmaker, they played a key role in its launch and recognition as Marriott Hotels' preferred partner for serviced homestays. In 2019, they became the Head of Customer Success at KeyNest - Smart Key Exchange, where they also briefly acted as a Customer Success Executive acting as a Manager.

Currently, Eléonore works as a Customer Success Manager at Semble, starting in November 2020.

Eléonore Siegel completed their education at two different institutions. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Lycée Hotelier Alexandre Dumas Strasbourg in France, where they pursued a degree in HND Hospitality Management with a focus on Business Hospitality Management. Afterward, from 2012 to 2015, they enrolled at EHL (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne) to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
