Philipp Meissner has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Philipp started their career as a Purchasing Intern at thyssenkrupp in 2015. Philipp then worked as a Sales Assistant at IBM from September 2017 to September 2018.

In 2019, Philipp joined Microsoft as a Working Student Account Management and worked there until June 2020. Philipp then joined Bocar Group as a Key-Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing two German OEMs and acquiring new projects with a sales volume of approximately 35-40 million dollars. Philipp worked at Bocar Group from November 2020 to May 2022.

In 2022, Philipp transitioned to Hier Foods as a Growth Manager. Philipp'srole involved handling the entire sales cycle, including cold outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing deals. Philipp Meissner obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Mannheim in 2017. During their undergraduate studies, they also briefly studied at Universidad EAFIT in 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Managementwissenschaften. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Management at the University of Mannheim from 2018 to 2020, specializing in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
