Diego Tacha

Diego Tacha is a human resources coordinator at HeyGIA.ai since May 2022, responsible for managing recruitment, selection, and hiring processes, particularly for technical and IT roles. Previously, Diego served as a human resources analyst, overseeing end-to-end hiring for the company's growth teams. Diego has also worked as an organizational psychologist at Secancol Ltda, focusing on recruitment and talent attraction at a district level, and completed internships at Asturias Corporación Universitaria and Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz, gaining experience in labor integration workshops and client evaluations, respectively. Diego holds a degree in Psychology from Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz, awarded with honors in the 2020-I academic period.
