Jossy Pilgrim is an accomplished planning professional with extensive experience in behaviour-focused strategy and brand development. Currently serving as Planning Partner and Planning Director at HeyHuman since September 2014, Jossy leads innovative strategies in a dynamic agency environment. Prior experience includes a role as Planning Director at Billington Cartmell, where Jossy oversaw brand, digital, and social strategy for major clients such as Unilever, Sony Mobile, Diageo, and GSK/Suntory. Earlier positions include Planner at MullenLowe Profero, focusing on digital strategy for brands like M&S and Johnson & Johnson, and Marketing Executive at the IPA, where best practices for the advertising industry were developed. Jossy holds an MA OXON in French and German from the University of Oxford.
