Julian Stephenson

Julian advises on a wide range of development projects including the mixed-use town centres, and high-density residential and office/workspace regeneration schemes.

Julian also advises on the re-purposing of retail parks into alternative uses. He works principally for funds and other institutions but also has experience advising local authorities. While he has extensive experience in London he also advises on projects throughout the country.

Julian specialises in advising clients on the planning and development potential of sites and the formulation of planning strategies in respect of both new development projects and existing property assets. He also acts as an Expert Witness at planning and CPO inquiries as well as in The High Court.
