Lena Sonnen

Lena Sonnen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lena is currently working at HeyJobs as the Head of Strategic Projects. Prior to this, they were the Strategy Lead at HeyJobs and also served as the Chief Of Staff. Before joining HeyJobs, Lena co-founded and held leadership positions at Konvi, a European crowdinvestment platform. As the CEO/CMO, they raised over 1 million EUR in funding, grew the platform's user base, and expanded into multiple markets. Lena also worked as a Growth Consultant at Grannel and had significant experience in startup acceleration and account strategy at Meta and Facebook. Lena started their career at BMW Group and HUGO BOSS before gaining advisory experience as an intern at EY. Lena's impressive track record showcases their expertise in strategy, growth, marketing, finance, and project management.

Lena Sonnen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in 2016. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Science degree in EMIT - Economics & Management of Innovation and Technology from Università Bocconi, which they completed in 2019. During their Master's program, they also participated in an exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School. In 2016, Lena spent a semester abroad at HKUST Business School studying International Business. Additionally, they attended EF Executive Language Institute for an academic year in 2013.
