Riyadh Alonazi

Riyadh Alonazi is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience at stc, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Performance, where responsibilities include developing a three-year B2C strategy, monitoring performance, and managing revenue assurance activities. Previously, Riyadh held various leadership roles focused on enhancing customer experience and digital transformation, including VP of Customer Experience and Operations, and VP of Customer Experience and Care, where advancements in digital care adoption and customer journey transformation were prioritized. Additional roles include General Manager of Customer Care Centers and Customer Experience, where initiatives such as outsourcing customer care and establishing a customer experience function were implemented. Riyadh also serves as a board member for several companies within the stc group and has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Systems from King Saud University.
