Nicolas Van Damme has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as CFO at Heylen Warehouses since June 2019 and as Owner of VDC since 2019. Prior to these roles, Nicolas held the position of Finance & Operations Manager at Oce Bio - Green Division Omega Pharma from January 2018 to June 2019 and worked as Business Controller - Contract Logistics at Kuehne + Nagel from July 2016 to December 2017, where responsibilities included financial analysis, budgeting, and process optimizations. Earlier in Nicolas's career, a managerial role in Performance Improvement at EY involved addressing key issues for C-level executives, following a progression from Senior Financial Auditor at EY, starting in 2010. Educational qualifications include a degree in Real Estate from KU Leuven (2022), and a Master in Commercial Engineering - Supply Chain Management from Ghent University (2010).
