Julia Kahle

Julia Kahle is the Co-Founderin & CEO of heynannyly, an on-demand platform for verified and insured childcare. Julia is responsible for ensuring the safety and availability of babysitting and homework assistance through ID checks and insurance coverage. Additionally, Julia is the Landessprecherin Bayern for the Startup-Verband, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to their current positions, they worked at DB Schenker as the Head of HR Marketing & Recruiting, overseeing recruiting, employer branding, and workforce deployment in Germany. Julia also held various roles within DB Schenker, including Projektmanagerin Personalmarketing / Social Media and Personalreferentin / Business Partner. Julia's earlier work experience includes a role as Projektleiterin Regionale Ausbildung and positions as a trainee at Siemens AG.

Julia Kahle attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Pädagogik und Sozialpsychologie. Following that, they transferred to Ruhr University Bochum and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Pädagogik und Sozialpsychologie in 2006.
