Louisa Schneider

Louisa Schneider is the founder and CEO of Rowan, a value investing program. Louisa has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, including positions at Alder Hill Management LP, OTC Markets Group, Columbia Business School, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley.

Schneider began their career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2000, working in both their M&A and distressed equities departments. In 2006, they left to pursue their MBA at Columbia Business School. While there, they also worked as the Senior Director of the Heilbrunn Center for Graham & Dodd Investing.

After graduation, Schneider returned to Morgan Stanley as a Distressed Research Analyst/Distressed Equities Trader. Louisa then spent two years at JPMorgan as a Fixed Income Research Analyst before moving to Alder Hill Management LP in 2015. There, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Investor Relations.

In 2017, Schneider left Alder Hill to start Rowan. Since then, the company has grown rapidly, attracting some of the biggest names in the industry.
