Romain Gardereau

Romain Gardereau has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Romain began their career as a Junior Auditor at Mazars in 2017. Romain then moved to Accor as a Strategic Investments & M&A Analyst in the same year. In 2019, they joined Edenred Capital Partners as a Venture Capital Associate and Venture Capital Analyst. In 2021, they joined Edenred as an Alternative Investments & Strategy. Romain also became a Board Observer at Andjaro, Avrios, and Zenchef in the same year. In 2022, they took on the role of Lead Investor & Board Observer at Benefiz and Chief of Staff at HeyTeam - Onboarding & Employee Journey.

Romain Gardereau obtained a Master's Degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Audencia from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they participated in an Exchange Program at Tongji University, studying Technology Economy & Management. From 2012 to 2015, they attended CPGE Lycée Descartes, Tours, where they completed a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles in ECS.
