Marion Vaneme

Marion Vaneme is an experienced CRM project manager with a strong background in marketing operations. Currently serving as Cheffe de projet CRM at Heytens since December 2023, Marion has focused on implementing a new CRM platform, drafting and sending customer newsletters, and developing CRM triggers and transactional messages. Previously, Marion held the same title at NOCIBE from January 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included optimizing customer journeys, conducting A/B testing, and enhancing CRM platform capabilities. Marion's career also includes significant roles at EPSILON France, Castorama France, HAPPYCHIC, and Renault Retail Group Belgium, showcasing expertise in multichannel campaign management, client performance analysis, and marketing strategy. Marion holds a Master Programme Grande Ecole in Management from SKEMA Business School and a strong academic foundation in economics and commercial studies.
