Sarah Pugh

Sarah Pugh is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of People at Heywood Pension Technologies since January 2019, Sarah has previously held roles such as People & Organisation Partner at Dassault Systèmes and Assistant Manager HR at SRLV, where key responsibilities included overseeing internal HR functions and providing consultancy services. Prior experience includes significant HRBP roles at Ipreo across multiple international regions, and foundational roles in HR coordination and administration.
