Crystal Rummel

Crystal Rummel has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Crystal started their career at M2 Services Corporation as Director of Human Resources from December 2011 to July 2014. Crystal then worked at Air Liquide as a Human Resources Business Partner from January 2015 to December 2015. Following that, they moved on to CTDI, where they served as Director of Compensation/Benefits and Human Resources Administration from March 2016 to November 2016. Crystal then joined Helix Education as the Director of Human Resources/Total Rewards from August 2017 to July 2018. Crystal furthered their career as the Director of Global Human Resources at FLSmidth from July 2018 to September 2021. Following this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources Operations at CalPortland from September 2021 to August 2022. Currently, Crystal holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at HF Foods Group Inc, starting from August 2022.

Crystal Rummel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University and a Master's degree in Human Resources from La Roche University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Caliper Essentials Certification from Caliper in 2021, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2015, and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
