Felix Lin

Felix Lin has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Felix currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at HF Foods Group Inc, where they are responsible for leading business transformation and overseeing multiple business units. Additionally, Felix assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis, where they managed finance restructuring, acquisitions, and compliance issues. Prior to their current position, they served as a Board Member and Independent Director at HF Foods Group Inc, contributing to the post-merger integration and business process professionalization. Earlier in their career, Felix spent 12 years at Blue Bird Corporation, where they held various leadership positions, including Senior Strategy Officer and Vice President, overseeing corporate finance, international business development, operations management, and M&A.

Felix Lin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management, Corporate Finance, and Investment Management. Felix also has a Masters of Accountancy degree from Georgia College & State University, specializing in Accounting. Additionally, Felix has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Mercer University. Felix has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2019.
