Holger Rudzio

Holger Rudzio is the Co-CEO at HF MIXING GROUP. Holger has held this position since January 2021.

Prior to their current role, Rudzio served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer at SCHUNK - Superior Clamping and Gripping from November 2018 to January 2021.

Before their time at SCHUNK, Rudzio was the Managing Director at DMG MORI Software Solutions GmbH from January 2016 to October 2018.

Rudzio began their career as the Director of Engineering at BOBST from July 2009 to December 2015.

Holger Rudzio's educational career began with him completing a degree in mechanical engineering at the Leibniz Universität Hannover. Holger followed this up with a degree in business from the FernUniversität in Hagen. After working as an industrial mechanic at Kronprinz Werke GmbH, they returned to school to study process engineering at REFA.
