Ashley Rich is an Environmental Counsel at HF Sinclair, focusing on water quality matters, water resources development, regulatory compliance, permitting, enforcement, and litigation. Ashley previously held positions as a Staff Attorney in the Environmental Law Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and as a Law Clerk for the United States Attorney's Office and the Texas Attorney General. Ashley also gained experience through various legal internships, including work with Mosaic Family Services and the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas. Ashley earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Alabama.
