Curt Wilson

Curt Wilson is a seasoned professional in process engineering and refinery management, currently serving as Manager of Process Engineering - Midcon at HF Sinclair since April 2023. In this role, Curt leads a four-member team of process technology specialists, providing strategic direction to three Midcon refineries and focusing on long-term strategy, margin optimization, cost reduction, and energy efficiency. Previously, Curt held positions at Phillips 66, including Refinery Strategy and Technical Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large technical organizations and capital projects, and at ConocoPhillips as Refinery Operations Planner and Project Manager. Curt's career began at Conoco as a Senior Optimization Engineer, where expertise in optimizing refinery processes was developed. Curt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
