Joop Zandvliet

Joop Zandvliet is an experienced Maintenance Manager with a diverse background in maintenance and engineering roles across various companies. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at HF Sinclair since August 2022, Joop also owns Asset Management & Technical Solutions and held the position of a.i. Reliability Engineer at Synthomer Adhesives Technologies from August 2021 to June 2022. Joop's prior experience includes significant positions at Albemarle Corporation and TAQA, among others, with a solid foundation established during earlier roles in maintenance engineering and supervision. Joop holds a Master in Coaching, Business and Sports Coaching from the Cruyff Institute and a BSc in Marine Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
