Ryan Kimmel

Ryan Kimmel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at HF Sinclair since August 2021, Ryan supports multiple corporate functions and leads a team of five HR professionals. Previously, Ryan held key HR leadership roles at AMPAC Fine Chemicals, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, Andeavor, and Chevron, with responsibilities including HR operations, labor relations, talent management, and HR integration during acquisitions. Ryan began the professional journey as Human Resources Manager at Holiday Inn and subsequently gained valuable experience at InterContinental Mark Hopkins in labor and employee relations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and PHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
