Tong Cui

Tong Cui, P. Eng, currently serves as the Site Transformation Lead at HF Sinclair, overseeing a diverse transformation team and implementing a Reliability Centered Maintenance program within the refinery. Prior to this position, Tong Cui held various roles at Ambatovy Joint-Venture, including Superintendent of Condition Based Monitoring & Lubrication and Superintendent of Asset Integrity Optimization, where responsibilities encompassed developing maintenance strategies and optimizing asset integrity. Prior experience includes roles at Sherritt International Corporation, MicrOptix Inc., GE, and others, showcasing expertise in reliability engineering, project management, and maintenance optimization. Tong Cui holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering & Management from McMaster University and a Project Management Certificate from NAIT.
