Francie Novak has over two decades of experience in executive support and management within various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Executive & Board Operations at the Healthcare Financial Management Association since September 2017, Novak oversees the management of the President/CEO's office and the National Board of Directors while facilitating board meetings and governance matters. Prior roles include Executive Assistant to the Chairman & President at Skender Construction, Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board at Performance Trust Capital Partners, and several other executive assistant positions in renowned firms such as CliftonLarsonAllen and Arthur Andersen & Co. Novak's early career included roles in client relations and support across multiple sectors, complemented by an educational background from Illinois State University and York High School.
