Pam Kirchem, MBA, FACHE, CHFP, CSPPM, serves as the Associate Vice President of the KHA Affinity Partner Program with the Kentucky Hospital Association since March 2005. Kirchem is the President of the Kentucky Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) since November 2006 and has been a Board Member for the Kentucky Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since June 2019 and the Kentucky Chapter of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) since July 2021. Additionally, Kirchem has contributed as a Board Member for the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers since July 2017 and served as a Past Board Member of the Kentucky Society for Health Care Public Relations & Marketing from November 2007 to November 2019. Kirchem holds an MBA in Business Management and Health Care Administration from the University of Louisville, earned between 1996 and 1999.
