Saurabh Gupta

Saurabh Gupta has a strong background in the global services industry, with a focus on research, strategy, and consulting. Saurabh currently serves as the President of Research and Advisory at HFS Research, where they oversee a global team of analysts and sets the strategic research focus for the company. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Research Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at HFS Research.

Before joining HFS Research, Saurabh held positions at GENPACT as a Strategy Leader for CFO Services and Consulting, at AbbVie as a Director of BPO strategy and consulting, and at Everest Group as a Vice President and Research Director. At Everest Group, they led the BPO research practice and provided insights into outsourcing trends and industry best practices.

Saurabh began their career at Infosys Technologies Limited as a Software Engineer and later worked as an Associate Consultant.

Throughout their career, Saurabh has demonstrated their expertise in the global services industry and has been recognized as a thought leader in the field.

Saurabh Gupta completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco School in Delhi between 1984 and 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2002 to 2004.
