Beat Juen

Beat Juen is the current President at HG Commerciale. Prior to this, they were the Global Head of Product Management BANOVA at 3A Composites GmbH from September 2017 to June 2020. Beat was responsible for global executive and sales management, selection and development of strategic markets and sales channels, and strengthening business partnership and distribution network. From June 2012 to September 2017, they were the Product Process Engineer at 3A Composites where they were the product development lead for lightweight wood products and solutions, conducted market introduction of new products, evaluated and defined products and production processes, and did product documentation and certification. Beat was also the Executive Manager at Swissfiber AG from October 2006 to April 2011 where they did research and development for products and applications in Composites / FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics). Beat also did operational management of company with strategic realignment of business units, and offered, negotiated and concluded contracts for buy-out of existing business units. Beat's first job was as a Trainee at the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries, Queensland from April 2005 to March 2006.

Beat Juen has an engineer's degree in Process Management and Product Development from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, a vocational high school diploma in Technical Specialization from a vocational high school in Frauenfeld, and an apprenticeship diploma in Cabinetmaking from Bantli Schreinerei.
