Shailesh Dargude

Shailesh Dargude currently serves as a Fellow of AI at HG Insights, beginning in March 2025. Prior to this, Shailesh held the position of Distinguished Software Engineer at SolarWinds from July 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included spearheading the development of the SolarWinds Observability platform. Previous experience includes a role as Distinguished Software Engineer at Pulse Secure, where Shailesh architected UEBA services for anomaly detection, and at Veritas Technologies LLC as Cloud Product Architect, focusing on a multi-cloud data management platform. Earlier in the career, Shailesh worked as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Starent Networks and as Associate System Analyst at Hewlett Packard, along with a position as Software Engineer at Retort Software Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
