Philip Garthe

Philip Garthe has a strong background in finance, tax consulting, and law. Philip began their career as a Lawyer at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in 1999. Philip then worked as an In-house tax counsel at Morgan Stanley from 2001 to 2003. Following that, Philip worked as a Tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2007 to 2009. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at HG Vora Capital Management, where they are responsible for business and trading operations, as well as making strategic and administrative decisions.

Philip Garthe attended Harvard Law School from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a JD degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Michigan from 1992 to 1996, obtaining a BA degree with a major in Economics and French.
